Before we arrive
A good preparation makes for a fast and smooth move.
So before we arrive, please check the following:
Get your belongings ready
Empty furniture and secure any loose parts. Fragile items such as TVs, mirrors, and paintings should be properly protected and packaged.
Appliances
Empty washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, and other appliances and disconnect them in advance. Make sure no water remains in the appliance or the hoses.
Large furniture
Check in advance whether large furniture fits through doors, hallways, lifts, and stairwells. Need disassembly or assembly? Add this service to your booking.
Store pickups
Make sure your order is ready for pickup and provide us with all the necessary details in advance, such as the order or pickup number.
Access & parking
Ensure a clear passage and let us know in advance about any particulars such as floor levels, lifts, long walking distances, or limited parking options.
Check your booking
Check that the number of items, dimensions, addresses, and selected extra services are correct. Has something changed? Let us know as soon as possible.
Everything ready? Then we'll take care of the rest.
