Transport personnel and service providers: Where necessary to fulfil your booking, relevant booking information may be shared with the driver, mover, technician or other service provider assigned to your booking. We only provide information that is reasonably necessary to perform the requested service.

We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes unless you have explicitly agreed to this.

If you upload photos of items during the booking process, we use these photos to understand the nature, dimensions or condition of the items and to help our team prepare for the transport.

Uploaded photos are only used for purposes connected to your booking, administration, customer service or the handling of a complaint or damage claim.

We do not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless we are legally required to keep it for a longer period.

Booking, invoice and payment-related information may be retained for the period required under applicable Dutch tax and administration laws.

Information and photos that are only required to perform your booking will be deleted or anonymised when they are no longer reasonably necessary, unless they are required for an ongoing complaint, dispute, damage claim or legal obligation.

Contact enquiries that do not result in a booking are deleted when they are no longer necessary for handling the enquiry or related follow-up.

When a legal retention period expires and we no longer have another valid reason to retain your information, the information will be deleted or anonymised.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.
