When you make a booking, we collect your name, email, phone number, billing address, the details of your on-site contact, and the pickup/drop-off addresses and items involved in the job. If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email, and message.
2. How we use it
We use this information to calculate your quote, fulfil your booking, generate your PDF confirmation, and respond to enquiries. We do not sell your information to third parties.
3. Third-party services
Addresses you enter are sent to Google Maps to calculate distance and show autocomplete suggestions, subject to Google's own privacy policy. Photos you upload for an item are stored to help our crew prepare for your move.
4. Data retention
Describe here how long booking records, uploaded photos, and contact messages are retained, and your process for deletion requests.
5. Your rights
